What is LAC CRADO’s Return Policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
For online purchases, LAC CRADO will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when accompanied by the original packing slip. Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted for product which has not been attempted to be mounted, worn, bent, altered, stained, polished or damaged. Customers must first contact LAC CRADO for return instructions. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery to LAC CRADO’s Headquarters in SINGAPORE in the original packaging. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at LAC CRADO Authorized Dealers. (Please note: If purchased from a LAC CRADO Authorized Dealer, customers must communicate return/exchanges with the LAC CRADO Authorized Dealer from which he or she purchased.)
Merchandise that has been attempted to be mounted, worn, used, altered, stained, polished, damaged or the tag has been removed will not be accepted. LAC CRADO reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Merchandise returned to LAC CRADO will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
P/S: The return policy is not included the custom made straps.

How do I return an item?
LAC CRADO recommends shipping returned merchandise via a trackable package. We will not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Product returns to LAC CRADO’s Headquarters are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition as defined above to be accepted as a return. Customers must return the item in a package including the Customer Name and Order Number, within 7 days of your purchase’s delivery date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. The original packing slip must be included.
